Than Lwin Times have learned that the armoury of Yangon Urban Guerilla Group, Ghost Ranger, was raided in Mingaladon Township, Yangon.
On April 5, after three comrades of the guerrilla force were arrested, the military council forces stormed in force the munition store.
Four more comrades from the guerrilla group were arrested and their rifles were confiscated during the raid.
In the last week of March, seven comrades were arrested and another was killed in Kyeemyindaing Township.
As the military council could continue to conduct serial arrests through the detained urban guerrillas, a CDM police officer urged members of the guerillas to be cautious, to relocate and change their phone numbers.
