Gangaw – 4 November
Resistance forces have occupied the military camps in Gangaw District, Magway Region.
On 3 November morning, the military camps have been raided and captured, and two camps have been occupied, the resistance forces confirmed it to Than Lwin Times.
Military camps are under attack at the same time in Kalay and Tamu regions of Sagaing, related to Gangaw, and some of the camps have been seized.
“We also got the Myaut See camp, and Min Village camp. The military is now conducting airstrike. Military outposts from Kalay area were also seized, more than two camps have been captured,” a member of the resistance force said.
Myaut See police station, Min village police station, and the Kalay Kham Pat military camps near the village of Ganggo Township have been occupied, but Than Lwin Times has not independently confirmed it.
The raids were jointly conducted by ABSDF, PDF and local resistance forces together.
The defense forces have been blocking Pyusawhtee villages, junta’s police stations, and camps in Gangaw for more than eight months, and on November 3, they started fighting to take over the camps.
