Mawlamyine, 29 December
The King Peacock Column announced that Christian and Islamic religious leaders offered prayers for Comrade Thetti, 18, who died in the Battle of Natthankwin.
He was killed in the battle on 26 December while serving in the 5101 King Peacock Column of the People’s Defense Forces (PDF),Yangon Region Military Department.
