Kason full-moon day festival was held in Ywalut village of Belu Kyun township, with pouring water on Bayan tree on 3 May.
The village has observed this festival for 81 times in which local youth wore Mon traditional costume.
However, the locals said that this year’s festival was not alive with a teeming crowd although many people enjoyed the event in the past.
