Mawlamyine, April (23)

The military council has planted claymore and anti-personnel mines at police stations and outposts across the country, a CDM police officer said.

In recent months, the military council has ordered the installation of landmines at police station entrances and exits to prevent the People’s Defense Forces from raiding them easily.

The regime directed that mines be planted in front of police stations and outposts, that necessary mines be submitted, and that bankers, barriers, and traps be set up near the outposts.

Therefore, CDM police officers warned the People’s Defense Forces to stay vigilant when raiding police stations and outposts.

On the other hand, the military council last month instructed police members not to surrender easily, and to take action against those responsible if they surrender.
