Kawkareik, 22 May
Special Operation Force (S.O.F) under the Southern Regional Command of Ministry of Defence under the National Unity Government completed its special refresher course for its snipers on 19 May.
The closing ceremony of the course was held in the territory of KNU Brigade 6, and the 30 special snipers will assigned at the battalions and columns of KNU’s brigade 6 and 4.
Trainees were the selections of outstanding snipers from S.O.F, Red Dragon column, Ye Belu company and MSRF company, and the one-month training course included practical and theorical learning.
The training course was intended to develop mutual cooperation among revolutionary forces and to be able to assign snipers in the operations.
