Khin-U, 30 June
Muslims worshiped at the mosques burnt down by the military in Khin-U township, Sagaing region, on the Day of Arafah during their Eid al-Adha celebrations on 29 June.
At the Jamae Mosque in Thayetkone village, they performed Qurbani in which at least one third of the meat from the animal is provided to poor or vulnerable people, one third of the meat for their family and the final third to their neighbours.
