Nawnghkio, 21 November
Four prisoners of war detained in the Dopin police station were killed and 10 were injured by the junta bombing strike in Nawnghkio township, northern Shan state on 19 November night, according to the report of Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA).
Dopin Police Station is located in the 2nd Military Region of the Ta’ang State Brigade, and where captives and informants were captured by the military council, after being attacked by the TNLA and Mandalay PDF.
A 500-pound bomb dropped by the military council directly hit on the Dopin police station, killing and injuring POWs. The TNLA and its allies have not disclosed any casualties.
The Than Lwin Times attempted to contact the TNLA for comment but was unable to reach them.
