Nawnghkio, 21 November
Large amounts of weapons and ammunition were seized from four junta prisons in Lwin Gyi outpost, Kuin camp, Ho Kho camp and Kone San camp in Naqnghkio township of northern Shan State, according to the news release of Ministry of Defence under the National Unity Government.
The Ta’ang National Liberation Army (PSLF/TNLA) and the People’s Defense Army (Mandalay) under Ministry of Defence of NUG carried out a coordinated attack on the outpost on 19 November.
During the battle, (50) MA-11, (9) MA-12, (13) MA-5, (32) Shotgun, (82458) 5.56 bullets, (511) 9 MM cartridges, (1592) 12 Bolt ammunition including related military equipment was reported to have been seized.
