Mindat, April 21
Chin Defence Force-Mindat announced its award for punishing junta’s air force pilots who carried out airstrikes on villages in Mindat Township, Chin State.
Anyone who can punish these pilots will receive a land plot worth 50 million kyat, said the announcement.
However, the location of this land plot and its transfer could not be asked from CDF-Mindat.
Two jet fighter pilots in bombing over Panpar village in Mindat Township were known as Major Nay Win Kyaw and Major Thet Lin Maung, and they are reliable and trustworthy pilots of the military chief.
They are under the command of Lt-Col Ye Zaw Naing who is stationing at Tada-U air base and commanding the missions in Tada-U, Hmawbi and Nay Pyi Taw under the Yak aircraft operation.
During the attack of air force on Panpar village, two children and two women died, and some were injured.
