Paungde, 16 June
One soldier was killed in an ambush near Thalphyu creek at the foot of Bago Mountain range in Paungde Township, Bago region on 13 June.
The attack was jointly carried out by Battalion 3601 of Pyay District PDF, Paungde People Defence Force, Battalion 3602 of Pyay District Defence Force, according to the report of Bago PDF.
Due to the loss, the military troops retaliated with random fires of heavy weapon attacks, and they set fire to the former camp of resistance force.
No one of resistance forces was injured in the ambush.
