Paung, 12 July
Urban guerilla members of KNLA/PDF’ Thathon district No (2) joint battalion confiscated six guns, eight magazines and 100 bullets from the pro-junta militia in Myalaychaung in Paung towinship, Mon state, according to the report of Tapinshwehtee column.
Four guns and ammunitions were seized as the joint forces raid the house of militia leader, Shwe Mya, after tipoff on 9 July. And two rifles and two magazines each from two militia members were found after investigation.
As they easily surrendered without any resistance, they did not receive harsh punishment.
