The LLPDF launched a raid on Yechaung outpost near Kyauk Ni Maw village where members of the regime forces and Pyu Saw Htee were collecting fees around 5 a.m. on July 19.

According to the statement, two security personnel of Pyu Saw Htee, Ko Tun War and Ko Myauk, were shot dead during the raid on the camp, and a house of a Pyu Saw Htee member close to the outpost was also set on fire.

The LLPDF spokesperson told Than Lwin Times that the boat of the regime forces capsized the other day, and the LLPDF took advantage of the fact that they were busy with the incident.

During the retreat following the raid on the camp, the LLPDF planted five remote-controlled mines around the camp of the junta and Pyi Saw Htee forces.

When five members of the regime troops and Pyu Saw Htee members arrived to check the camp, three more were killed by the LLPDF in a remote-controlled mine attack.
