The military council’s artillery shelling and air raids injured three civilians, including two women in KNU-controlled Brigade 3 of Nyaunglaybin District, reported the KNU.

Furthermore, the junta bombed Bang Laung village in Phyuu town of Mone Township, injuring a local resident and causing damage to six homes around 9:30 p.m. on November 28.
The regime troops targeted civilians in the KNU Brigade 3 territory with heavy weapon fire, airstrikes, and arrests of locals.
Moreover, the junta suffered heavy losses in the clashes with the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA), and the junta’s targeted attacks forced the civilians to flee their homes.
According to KNU’s statement, more than 100,000 people have fled their homes due to the fighting and human rights violations committed by the junta army in Nyaunglaybin District.
