The Basic Education General Strike Committee (BEGSC) and the Basic Education Worker Unions – Steering Committee (BEWU–SC) jointly held talks at a public school in Pauk townhisp, Magway region, to commemorate students who lost their lives in July 1962 in their protest against the military dictators who violently cracked down on the protesters.
