Daik-U, 29 July
Pro-military Pyusawhtee member and informant San Win was shot by Bago People’s Defence Force and Daik-U Defenc Force in the joint mission of Nan Htike Aung Operation on 26 July evening.
He died in three shots at his head, and hot severe wounds on the road near a local market in Daik-U township.
Another civilian, identified as Khin Maung Htwe, got injury from warning shot as he tried to prevent the killing.
San Win helped junta soldiers and police in arresting and torturing civilians and urban guerillas.
He had a pro-military propaganda page, using excessively obscene language to monks, and threatening CDMers and anti-junta civilians, according to the resistance forces.
People’s Defence Forces have warned again that they will continue to attack Pyusawhtee members, and people are requested to avoid such mission.
