Local people defense forces based in Salingyi Township, Sagaing Region, received political educative talks conducted by revolutionary groups from Mandalay and Monywa townships.
The talks mainly focused on federalism knowledge, leadership skills and sharing authentic information and teamwork.
A leader of Monywa People Defense Force (MPDF) discussed civil war and change of command which is crucial for defense operations.
An organizer of these talks said to Than Lwin Times that more educative programmes on political affairs will be carried out to ensure basic awareness on politics and military among people defense forces that are fighting for federal democracy.
