Mawlamyine, 19 April
The Ministry of Defence under National Unity Government said that they will provide the people defence forces with more arms.
The MoD supplied automatic guns and RPGs to PDFs in Mogyoke area on 16 April.
However, some guerilla forces said to Than Lwin Times that the arms supply of NUG to the resistance forces remains low in central Myanmar, weakening their battle against the military troops.
NUG said that MoD will supply more arms to PDFs in line with the procedures.
