Mawlamyine 24 April
The Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) made a wish for peace and safety of all Muslims across the country on Eid Day at the end of holy month of Ramadan in its message on 22 April.
The CRPH also said successive military dictatorship used religion as a political tool to create violence and conflict among people from different faiths.
Standard values and objectives of Union for establishing a new federal democracy state in Spring Revolution include minority rights, pluralism, mutual respect and mutual recognition, unity in diversity and non-discrimination.
The message also highlighted freedom of thought, faith and practices are just the basic rights of human beings, and not concerned with permission of any individual or organization.
The CRPH also believed that a federal democracy new state could be established after removing dictatorial regime rooted in the country together with Muslim citizens
