Maungtaw, 17 November

Although the Arkan Army (AA) asked the five junta soldiers to surrender, they refused to surrender and were   killed, according to the news release.

The AA attacked the junta troops against to surrender at a distance of 3.3 kilometers northeast of Maungtaw, Kanpyinthasi village, Rakhine State, in the early morning of 15 November.

Some junta soldiers were   injured in the attack, and the AA has announced to attack those who refuse not surrender.

During the battles in Rakhine State since 13 November, around 50 policemen has surrendered and more than 40 junta camps were occupied.

In addition, more than 10 military soldiers and troops were killed, according to AA statements.
