Namkham, 6 November

The Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) attacked and captured two more militia camps in Lashio Township and two military junta camps in Namkham Township in Northern Shan State, TNLA announced on 5 November morning.

The seizure of  two militia camps in Jayang and Maiyang in Lashio Township, occurred around 5:30 am on 4 November.

One child was seriously injured and three houses were damaged, according to the statement.

In addition to this, the junta forces in Hseiwi township fired at least seven heavy weapons to the Maipar camp under the control of  TNLA.

The Three Brotherhood Alliances, Kokang Group (MNDAA), The Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA )and the Arakan Army (AA) have been conducting “Operation 1027” since October 27 to topple the military regine.

The National Unity Government (NUG) announced that more than 32,000 residents in seven townships from northern Shan State have fled from fighting in northern Shan state.
